Power Model Generator for Mobile Devices

Role
Design · Development
Year
2012

During the High Performance Processor Systems class I developed a tool that is able to generate a power consumption model for mobile devices based on the owner’s behavior. The application generates a model that estimates the device power consumption in a given configuration. This power model can be used to take actions to reduce the battery discharge speed of the device. The project was part of the Morphone Android distribution built in the Polimi NECSTLab.
