A cloud platform that digitizes bridge safety assessment in line with the Italian bridge guidelines. Engineers inspect structures on-site through a mobile app and remotely through the web app; once data is synchronized, the platform automatically computes the safety risk, presents dashboards of KPIs and charts and exports the required report files.

Context

New Italian guidelines require systematic, standardized bridge safety assessment. Inspections happen in the field, but analysis, risk scoring and reporting have to be consistent, auditable and shareable across teams.

Approach

I shaped the product end to end, from personas, business model and journey mapping to information architecture, a design system and prototypes, so on-site mobile capture and remote web analysis feel like one system. The build is cloud-native and passed ACN cyber-security certification. It is live at inbee.it, where you can register for free and explore demo bridges.
